Heat Exchangers WA sets a new record in turnaround time for the service of the T50 Plate Heat Exchanger. Heat Exchangers WA turned this 455 plate big boy around in just 10 days! Our previous achievement was 14 days, so as you can see, we smashed it!

We are just a few months away from moving into our new premises in Beckenham and our customers can expect for more records to be smashed on a weekly basis.

This T50 to our knowledge is Australia’s heaviest Plate Heat Exchanger, it weighed 26 tonnes on arrival and 24 tonnes on departure. The service of a T50 is a logistical challenge from the onset and Managing Director Steve Sammut is very proud of his team for redefining a benchmark that he himself had put in place originally, 10 days turnaround is truly an amazing achievement. The team worked 3 shifts, 24 hours per day.
