Heat Exchangers WA announces the acquisition of Boilertronics expanding the Company’s portfolio into Boiler Sales and Services
Perth, 22 March 2024 – Heat Exchangers WA (‘HEWA’ or ‘the Company’), a leading provider of innovative heat exchanger solutions, announces the acquisition of Boilertronics, a renowned boiler service and sales business. As part of the Boilertronics acquisition, HEWA also picks up Aleabrax, the class-leading, multiple heat circuit, hot water storage solution.
In line with HEWA’s strategic vision for expansion and diversification this acquisition marks another milestone in broadening the Company’s portfolio and enhancing its heat transfer offerings to clients. HEWA’s customer solutions now encompass heat exchangers, cooling towers, boilers, and industrial hot water systems all under one umbrella.
The newly acquired entity, formerly known as Boilertronics, will be rebranded as Boilertronix, reflecting the integration into HEWA’s family of companies, and most importantly it’s values and passion for service.
